To ensure a smooth experience, all Potential New Members (PNMs) are required to download the Campus Director Companion App (available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store).
This app is your central hub for recruitment week. You will use it to:
View your daily schedule in real-time.
Track event times and campus locations.
Submit your preferences at the conclusion of each round.
Please ensure you have the app downloaded and notifications enabled prior to the first day of recruitment.
The minimum academic standard endorsed by the Office of Fraternity and Sorority Life (FSL) is a 2.75 cumulative GPA from college or a 2.75 from high school. High school GPAs are only considered if a student is in their first semester of attendance at High Point University and has not yet established a college GPA. Additionally, credits earned via the High Point University Summer Advantage program will not be permitted as a college GPA for recruitment or intake eligibility.
All women who go through sorority recruitment must complete AOD and Hazing Prevention Education. Required courses include Hazing Prevention 101 Course - College Edition 2026-2027, the Fraternity & Sorority Life Module (2026-2027) and and Decisions: Alcohol & Other Drugs™ – Level 1 (2026 - 2027). These must be completed prior to recruitment kickoff on August 30

Our Commitment to Accessibility
We want to ensure that every student has the support they need to navigate the recruitment process successfully. If you intend to utilize accommodations during recruitment, please ensure your requests are disclosed through your registration form and formally approved by the Office of Accessibility Resources and Services (OARS).
Once your accommodations are verified by OARS, a member of our team will reach out to you for a private consultation. This meeting is designed to help us coordinate the specific logistics of your transition between chapters and rounds, ensuring your needs are met in real-time. Because the verification process can take time, we encourage you to connect with OARS as early as possible to ensure your support is in place before the process begins.
Accommodations are not retroactive. Therefore, students must be proactive by requesting accommodations prior to the start of the recruitment process through the Office of Accessibility Resources and Services. Please note that the reviewal process will take 3 - 5 business days once all documentation has been received and you have met with an assigned Accessibility Specialist.
